Grasshopper - Spare Parts - 100199 - END CAP - AIR CLEANER

I waited two weeks and there was still no tracking information on my order. I finally called and found out the fulfillment person never filled the order and my part was sitting on the shelf. I run a large mowing business and don't have time to check on each part. The gentlemen that I talked to was very helpful and honest and the part shipped that day. It probably should have been overnighted at your expense, but I didn't ask for that. I am a longtime customer. You need to do better!!
